Major League Soccer is on the up and up, with attendance growing every year, and America's love of soccer is at an all-time high after a successful World Cup run by the US Men's National Team. That's why the league decided to capitalize by rebranding its properties, right down to unveiling a new logo at an EA Sports-sponsored event in New York City last week. At the MLS Next event, we were able to catch up with one of the stars of MLS, Philadelphia Union midfielder Maurice Edu, and he challenged us to a friendly game of FIA 15, the newest edition of the EA Sports classic.

While he schooled us with French giants Paris Saint-Germain (Complex News anchor Sean Evans and his Barcelona side didn't stand a chance), we talked about what it means to see himself in the game, what he thinks of Philly's notoriously passionate fans, and the MLS All-Stars' win over Bayern Munich this summer.

Check out our conversation with Maurice Edu above, and pick up FIFA 15 in stores starting September 23rd.
