Bucks point guard Brandon Knight has transformed himself into a pretty solid pro player in recent years. So far this season, he's averaging about 18 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds per game, which are obviously really respectable numbers. But unfortunately, whenever you hear Knight's name, the first thing that you will always think about is him getting posterized by DeAndre Jordan back in early 2013. And last night, he added yet another really embarrassing play to his NBA highlight reel that's no doubt going to come to your mind every time someone mentions his name.

With the Bucks and Nets all tied up at 105 in overtime last night, Joe Johnson threw a terrible pass that got stolen by Knight. And with less than five seconds remaining on the clock, Knight went streaking down the court with the ball and had the chance to make a wide open—WIDE OPEN—layup to give Milwaukee a victory. But somehow, Knight managed to miss the layup,  which was, again, WIDE OPEN, and the game went to a second overtime.

Here's how his teammates responded to the awful miss:

To Knight's credit, he didn't go and sulk on the bench after missing the layup. He actually hit a huge three-pointer in double OT that helped send the game to a third OT and, eventually, the Bucks were able to knock off the Nets. But still, this could very well go down as one of the biggest fails of the 2014-15 NBA season. How the hell did Knight miss this layup?!
