Tyler Thigpen—who has played quarterback for the Chiefs, Dolphins, and Bills during his seven-year NFL career—is only 30. So even though he got released by the Browns back in August after spending the summer with them, he could get another shot to play in the league sometime in the near future. However, the chances of it happening took a hit on Sunday when Thigpen got arrested in Myrtle Beach, S.C. for DUI after falling asleep in a Wendy's drive-thru lane.

According to a police report, Thigpen passed out behind the wheel of his Cadillac Escalade very early Sunday morning and told police that he had no idea where he was when they woke him up. Responding officers noticed that he smelled like alcohol and asked him to take a sobriety test. But Thigpen refused and was arrested on the spot. He was then transported to Myrtle Beach jail and spent about 12 hours behind bars sobering up before he was eventually released after being charged with DUI.

And to all that, we say: WTF, dude? Getting a DUI is stupid. But getting a DUI…after falling asleep in a Wendy's drive-thru? That's incredibly dumb and a good way to make sure you never get another offer from an NFL team.
