LaMarcus Aldridge Went Off in a 21-Point First Quarter Against the Bulls

LaMarcus Aldridge's great performance was giving Joakim Noah the fits.

The Blazers don't get as much attention as the spiraling Knicks and Lakers or the excellent Warriors or Grizzlies. The drama may not be there, but don't sleep on them. They're about as good as they were last year and are capable of delivering some spectacles. Damien Lillard's series-ending game winner last playoffs is one example. What LaMarcus Aldridge pulled against the Bulls is another.

Aldridge is good and all, but tonight is simply his night. He was doing everything: finishing alley-oops like the one you see above, hitting those mid-range jumpers, and going all water from beyond the arc. The result is a 21-point first quarter and Joakim Noah's surreal sense of disbelief.

But the Blazers are still behind. They're down by eight at the end of the first half.
