Guilherme Cruz, a brazil-based journalist for MMAFighting.com, recently tweeted a video of former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva, presumably training for his upcoming fight with Nick Diaz at UFC 138.
And while Silva is obviously hungry to get in the ring with Diaz, that doesn’t mean he needs to go so HAM while in training. Unfortunately for Silva’s sparring partner, he forgot that.
Watch as Silva knocks out his partner, and continues to pummel him anyway. Damn, son.
