Is Anderson Silva in over his head with his plans?

It really wasn't that long ago when we saw Anderson Silva's leg snap in half and thought that was the last time he would enter the ring. But he's back for the long haul, for better or (most likely) worse.

Silva hosted a Q&A in Brazil discussing his future and his suspension following his repeated failed drug tests. Is Silva planning on fighting again? Yes. It's in his contract; remember, the 39-year-old signed a 15-fight deal back in October. Does he regret the deal following his unimpressive win (now a no contest) against Nick Diaz and the hit took to his reputation afterwrd? Nah.

The only serious injury I had was on my leg now. I spoke with my team, we discussed everything and saw that it was possible. We’re training now focused on fighting for five more years. I already have my schedule for the next five years. If we can fight more, two or three times a year, it’s better.

Well, that will fulfill your contract; three times five is 15. Still, picture Silva shimmying around the ring at 44 years old when he's falling off at 39. Not a pretty sight.

Silva is due for a hearing about the failed drug tests in April to see if his suspension stands. Regardless, Silva claimed in the Q&A that he'll return to the ring in 2016.
