A video unearthed this morning by British tabloid The Sun shows Wayne Rooney sparring with friend and former teammate Phil Bardsley in Rooney's swanky kitchen. The "match" supposedly went down three weeks ago on February 22, and shows about a minute of nothing before Bardsley connects with a surprisingly serious left-hand jab and drops Manchester U's captain.
While you can't see 100 percent how Rooney falls, that after-shot makes it look like he came a few centimeters away from ending up like Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby.
