A piece of advice: If you're a young boxer or a young MMA fighter, there's absolutely no way that you should accept a match against someone who can be characterized using the words "old," "elderly," or "senior citizen." Nothing good is going to come out of it! We told you this back in October when some dude nearly got knocked out by an old man during a sparring session. And we're telling you again after watching the video above, which features a 62-year-old guy destroying a much younger fighter with a spinning back fist.
If a 62-year-old fighter challenges you to a fight, JUST SAY NO, guys. Trust us. It's for your own good.
