The day after he was sentenced to life with no parole, ex-NFLer/complete fuck-up Aaron Hernandez has been placed on suicide watch as a precaution that makes sense to anybody who's watched Lockup, or Oz, or read anything about prisons. Hernandez is currently being held at MCI Cedar Junction in Massachusetts, where he will remain until he is assigned to a permanent prison.

Thus far, the former tight end remains in isolation for protection as well as evaluation. Suicide watch is apparently not uncommon for any inmate who was dealt a sentence like Hernandez (makes sense). According to TMZ Sports, it's not known how long he will remain on suicide watch. This would indicate that he doesn't have much faith in his automatic appeal.
