[UPDATE: We spoke to the guy who shot the video below here. We also spoke with a representative for Michael Jordan, who said that he has no comment on this incident at this time.]

There wasn't much action during the Floyd Mayweather/Manny Pacquiao fight at the MGM Grand Las Vegas on Saturday night. But there was almost some action involving Michael Jordan and his security team outside of the MGM Grand after the match ended.

YouTube user delfunkboy posted the video that you see above yesterday (Warning: The video includes some NSFW language). It features MJ stopping a guy from scrapping with one of his bodyguards while trying to make his way back to his limo following the fight. And why did MJ himself get into the middle of things? Well, if you listen carefully at the beginning of the video, it sounds like the guy yelled, "I'm a Piru!" in the bodyguard's direction and identified himself as a member of the Bloods street gang. It's unclear what prompted the guy to get so upset. But it's crazy to see how close MJ was to being involved in a physical confrontation as people yelled his name and asked for him to acknowledge them.

Here's what delfunkboy had to say about the situation on YouTube:

We thought it was powerful how Michael Jordan quelled a situation that was going to get out of hand real fast if he had not stepped in. Michael Jordan was actually protecting his bodyguard after the bodyguard pushed that black guy for no reason. The black guy that the bodyguard push was a major player and Michael Jordan knew that. Out of respect for MJ the black guy let it go. That goes to show Michael Jordan's power and influence off the court. FYI, it wasn't us asking for a picture with MJ and I'm with you on that one, he sounded like a buster.

We've reached out to delfunkboy to see if he can offer up any other details about the incident. We'll be sure to let you know if we're able to find out more information.
