It's only been about two months since the last time we saw Willie Cauley-Stein on the basketball court. He suited up for the Kentucky Wildcats during the 2015 NCAA Tournament. But since then, a lot has changed with him as he has prepared for the 2015 NBA Draft. He has added about 20 pounds to his frame. He has increased his vertical jump by more than five inches. And he has even gone and gotten a new neck tattoo, a tribute to a friend who died from cancer.

The Players' Tribune has tracked Cauley-Stein's progress along the way and put together a three-part video series called Singular Focus. You can watch part one of the series above and part two below, with part three set to drop soon. It's pretty crazy to see how much WCS has changed and how much he continues to change right before our very eyes.
