Shane Victorino played for the Boston Red Sox for less than three full seasons. But he was part of the team that won the World Series in 2013, and his walk-up song -- Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds" -- became something that fans rallied around.

Victorino was traded to the Angels on Monday, and as he sat down to speak to the media in Boston one last time, his emotions got the better of him, and the tears began to flow.
