If you only watch the first 30 seconds of this video, you'll probably walk away from it saying, "Wow, Vince Wilfork is a TERRIBLE basketball player." His first few shots catch nothing but air. But then, the 325-pound Texans nose tackle says, "Time for the real MJ to take over…," and—voila—he transforms into the best 325-pound basketball player you've ever seen!

Granted, by the end of the video, Wilfork is covered in sweat, and it doesn't appear as though any of the players on the other team have any interest in getting too close to him. Additionally, he isn't exactly playing against the toughest competition. But Wilfork knows how to go and get buckets, doesn't he? See for yourself in the video.
