Mark Wahlberg Ends Introduction in Front of Pope Francis With "Go Eagles"

Whatever, it works.

We're sure there are more elegant ways to end an introduction in front of the Pope, but somehow "Go Eagles" just seemed appropriate, especially when you consider who's talking. Wahlberg, who's from Boston, is an unrepentant Patriots fan, but portrayed Vince Papale in 2006's Invincible, so it all kind of makes sense. Obviously the Pope has no clue and/or care who either the freaking Eagles or Patriots are, and was probably more confused in general about why the guy who starred in two Teds was hosting the *event in the first place.
