Tonight Michael Carter-Williams added his name to that list with an unintentional pitch-out that got away and clunked a cameraman. In doing so he proved that even though he's gone, the 76er in you never dies. Afterward Carter-Williams was a good sport about it, probably because he's not the one to get hit:
Let this be a warning on where to stand for any future cameramen, though we'd argue 50 Cent already provided one of those. Clearly this guy somehow missed that.
