It's no secret that professional athletes consume an insane amount of calories on a regular basis, especially those who participate in sports like football or wrestling where putting on bulk and a heavy amount of weight training are a required part of the equation.

But this, my friends, is excessive.

Meet San Diego Chargers linebacker Brock Hekking, a 6'3", 250-pound rookie who went to Phil's BBQ in San Diego and did as much damage as possible. According to the video's description, Hekking consumed 21,396 calories in just 43 minutes, which doesn't even seem possible until you take a look at the list of items he supposedly ingested.

2 racks of beef ribs
2 racks of baby back ribs
1 whole chicken
2 pulled pork sandwiches
1 giant sausage
1 pound of mac and cheese
Large side of fries
Large Onion Rings
Bite of coleslaw
2 ears of corn
64-ounce Mountain Dew

We'll take the video creators at their word that Hekking ate all of this exactly as described, although it would be somewhat interesting to see the unedited version. Right about now is the time we remind you that this isn't meant to be attempted by a real person, but you probably couldn't come close to completing this feat without getting physically sick.
