Attempting to deadlift a large amount of weight can be dangerous. Just ask this guy who tried to deadlift 600 pounds—and ended up passing out.

Jon “Bones” Jones has apparently been putting in some serious work in the gym, though, in the hopes of making a return to the UFC at some point in the near future now that his recent scandal is behind him. So he posted the video above on Facebook yesterday. It features him deadlifting 525 pounds and…wow.

This isn’t quite as amazing as seeing John Cenasquat 600 pounds. But that’s still a crazy amount of weight that Jones is picking up, especially when you consider that he's only about 220 pounds. Do you smell a comeback?
