The students at Michigan and Michigan State have long terrorized each other's campuses with various forms of vandalism, so much so that groups of people are assigned to protect various landmarks at certain times of the year.
After this latest incident involving the desecration of the Magic Johnson statue at Michigan State, this is a monument that will undoubtedly be added to that list.
Of course, Michigan gave the same treatment to State's Spartan statue back in April, so this should merely be considered retaliation.
Still, Michigan State head basketball coach Tom Izzo was predictably less than pleased.
