If you find yourself in Grand Central Terminal in New York City, make your way out to Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse. While there, sink your teeth into the Boneless Rib Eye, enjoy the view of people coming and going in Grand Central Station and create amazing memories, like the first time you asked the person at the table next to you, "Do—do you, um, smell that, too?!"

In a lawsuit against the MTA obtained by the New York Post, a construction project on Vanderbilt Avenue has resulted in homeless individuals seeking shelter just outside the terminal and regularly passing by the restaurant's tables. According to a waiter named Tudor Vanciuda, “The customers ask, ‘What is that smell?’ and I tell them, ‘It’s that guy right there.'"

As a result, business is struggling with revenue dropping 24 percent.

Even though the MTA states that they will open the construction area by this Sunday, the establishment believes their landlords "will continue to work in the area in front of the restaurant for the foreseeable future" on another rumored upcoming project.

Michael Jordan's Steakhouse is suing for unspecified damages, as well as seeking help, rescuing the restaurant from the MTA's "unconscionable conduct."
