Triple H Hopes to See Hulk Hogan Return to the WWE

At the moment, Triple H is probably in the minority here. No pun intended.

It all started when Hulk Hogan was seen in a leaked 2012 sex tape with Heather Clem, the wife of Hogan's former friend Bubba "The Love Sponge" Clem, dropping the N-word multiple times and adding, "I guess we're all a little racist." Since then, Hogan has been let go by the WWE, made some poor social media choices, attempted to make amends in a TV interview and lost his restaurant

While we're just four months removed, one can't help but wonder if there is a possibility that Hogan could end up back with the WWE one day. Triple H was asked that exact question during an interview with Greg and the Morning Buzz

“For me, I hope so. It’s about reinvigorating his brand and him as a human being and the confidence within the world as to who he is. But the one thing about people in general, when somebody is on top, they love to see him fall and when they fall, they love to see him make that comeback. They’re great stories and I think that’s where people are. Do I think he can be forgiven and make amends with the world and move forward? Yeah, absolutely. But at the same point in time, for us in that time frame, you’re putting up a message to the world of how you’ll tolerate things and how you’ll react to things. And we did what we needed to do, and he’ll do what he needs to do to get himself back.

They say that time heals all wounds, but Hogan's situation will be a particularly tough one to bounce back from. Check back in, let's say, a couple of years.
