Back in July, PETA asked Tyrann Mathieu to sit in a boiling-hot car to show people why they shouldn’t leave their dogs trapped inside of hot cars in the summer. But now that it’s freezing cold out in most parts of the country, PETA has a new mission: Trying to prevent people from leaving their dogs outside in the winter.
In an effort to get their point across, PETA called on Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. to sit in his backyard at night to illustrate just how cold (and bored) dogs get when they’re left outside in the winter. The video gets a little weird when this happens:
But we get it. Let your dogs out this winter—and then let them right back in. OK?
