Watch Karl Anthony-Towns Get No Daps From Teammates at the Free Throw Line

Karl Anthony-Towns' teammates avoid giving him hi-fives after foul shots against the Knicks

Hi-fives and daps from teammates after shooting a free throw is a basketball ritual. It boosts the shooter's confidence up to sink each attempt at the line, scoring while the clock is stopped. And it's out of respect to give some daps to the shooter on your squad.

In the Saturday night matchup between the Timberwolves and the Knicks, neither of Karl Anthony-Towns' Timberwolves teammates Andrew Wiggins and Shabazz Muhammed came out of their spot in the lane to give him a pound after he shot his free throws. Karl walked out, briefly bewildered why this occurred, until he finally caught their attention like five minutes later. This could have made for a quick funny Larry David scene.

After the T-wolves curbed Karl's enthusiasm, the Knicks went on to win 103-95.
