The Oklahoma City Thunder needed every bit of their Big 3 to beat the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night. Russell Westbrook put up a ridiculous triple-double with 24 points, 19 boards and 14 assists, and tonight, his performance will probably be an afterthought, thanks to the heroics of Serge Ibaka and Kevin Durant.
With the game tied at 114 in the final seconds, Victor Oladipo tried to get past Ibaka for the layup, but the long arms of the Serge Protector were able to bat the ball off the glass and into the hands of Dion Waiters. Surprisingly, Waiters relinquished control of the ball to Westbrook who gave the rock to Durant. And let's just say, KD knew what to do from there.
