Le'Veon Bell Says He Got a "Random" Drug Test on 4/20

Random's in quotes for obvious reasons.

No self-respecting stoner would spend today not high, and so it would make sense that a narc ass league like the NFL would start their marijuana testing on this date. What that means is that every active player can be subject to a "random" drug test at any time from now until around the start of preseason games. However, if they're not in the substance-abuse program, the NFL only gets one chance to test nail each guy until early August.

Because of that it's reasonable to infer that their supposed testing (we're kind of taking Bell's word here) of Pittsburgh's Le'Veon Bell may be a result of his past brushes with pot. That's because back in 2014 he, along with running back LeGarrette Blount, was arrested for marijuana possession (as well as a DUI) right before the season began. As a result of that he was eventually suspended for two games.

If you're a Steelers fan worrying about whatever he meant by "good luck with that sample" in the above tweet, know that everything is probably cool (again, taking Bell's word here):

If you were stressed out for a second, seems like today (of all days) you can find a remedy for that.
