After getting swept by the San Antonio Spurs in the first round of the 2016 NBA Playoffs, the Memphis Grizzlies head into the offseason with plenty of questions to address. What will they do with Lance Stephenson who has a $9.4 million team option for next season? Will they try to re-sign 36-year-old Matt Barnes? And then there's Mike Conley.

This summer, Conley will be able to explore all of his options as a free agent, but that doesn't mean that his Grizzlies teammates won't try to get him to return to Memphis. For Tony Allen, his attempt to get the 28-year-old point guard to stay comes in the form of a threat of sorts.

So, unless Conley wants to be on the receiving end of a flagrant foul next season, it's probably in his best interest to stay in Memphis. Of course, the nine-year pro has a couple of stipulations of his own. "We need to be committed to doing the things, whatever it may be and however hard the decision may be, to do the right things in order to get us where we need to go," he tells ESPN
