It doesn’t look like Troy Smith should have been driving last night.

Former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith—who won the Heisman Trophy in 2006—got pulled over in Westerville, Ohio early this morning after a police officer spotted him swerving on the road. And if the dash cam video that TMZ Sports just released is any indication, he should not have been behind the wheel of a vehicle.

In the clip above, you can hear Smith start off his conversation with the cop who pulled him over by saying, “I’m officer." You can then hear him try to play the “Don’t you know who I am?” card (which is apparently turning into a thing amongst Ohio State QBs?!) before telling the cop that he graduated from Ohio State “with a degree in bachelors.” He then fails to recite his ABCs and also fails a series of sobriety tests before being placed under arrest. He was eventually charged with DUI as well as marijuana possession after cops found weed in his car.

Oh, and as if all of that wasn’t bad enough, Smith is currently a spokesman for a hangover relief drink called Life Support, which is technically unrelated to this alleged crime, but…WELP. Stay tuned for additional details.
