Earlier this year, a Florida jury awarded Hulk Hogan $140 million total ($115 million initially plus $25 million in punitive damages) at the end of a lawsuit that he filed against Gawker for publishing a sex tape featuring Hogan and his former best friend’s wife Heather Clem. Gawker is currently in the process of appealing the jury’s decision, but Hogan is likely going to walk away from the lawsuit with a hefty sum of money. He’s apparently not finished going after Gawker, either.

In addition to suing Gawker for publishing a portion of the sex tape, Hogan has also reportedly filed a second lawsuit against Gawker. He claims that Gawker leaked sealed court documents last summer that featured him using the N-word to the National Enquirer, and he wants to be paid for it. The audio of him making several racist statements during a conversation with Clem was released last month, and you can listen to it here.

Gawker has already come out and said that they are not responsible for leaking the transcripts of Hogan’s controversial conversation with Clem. They claim that they were never in possession of the portion of the tape that featured Hogan using the N-word. They released this statement earlier today:

Stay tuned to see if Hogan goes through with this second lawsuit.
