Paul George suffered a similar gruesome injury like Samir Air Said did in August 2014.

If anyone needs advice on how to come back stronger than ever from a broken leg injury to return as a superior athlete, they should seek counsel from Paul George.

The images of French gymnast Samir Ait Said breaking his leg in the most gruesome way possible (or if you saw it happen live on TV, geez, we really feel for you even more) on Saturday on a vault attempt probably made you harken back to the horrific imagery of George's leg injury in August 2014 during Team USA's FIBA World Cup Blue vs. White scrimmage game. Just like Ait Said, the Indiana Pacers All-Star shooting guard's leg snapped for all to see—and hear—during a live broadcast.

After Team USA routed China with a 57-point victory 112-62, George tweeted to Samir Ait Said offering him words of encouragement.

@samiraitsaid1 I feel for you brother.. You'll be in my prayers! You'll come back stronger from this trust me ... https://t.co/pPbBOxKIST

@samiraitsaid1 I'm here with you and for you bro!

The rings specialist will hopefully recover quickly, and that he will take George's offer of advice. After missing the entire 2014-2015 season, George came back for the 2015-2016 NBA season and started in 80 games for the Pacers, and boasted an average of 23.1 points and 7.0 rebounds per game in both categories. Plus, after seeing Paul get his ankles broken against China on Saturday night, Ait Said should feel secure that he's seeking the best advice possible.
