Newly unearthed court documents in the case of the woman suing Knicks star Derrick Rose and two friends for drugging and gang raping her in 2013 have come to light. The Daily News is reporting that the woman, who is suing for $21.5 million, is accusing Rose of "victim blaming." According to court docs, Rose allegedly "made great efforts to get the Plaintiff to engage in sexual activity that she was not comfortable with." What started off as a request to masturbate on video eventually turned into consistent suggestions of having threesomes and foursomes during their year and a half relationship.

The woman also claims to have text messages which prove that Rose asked her to have a foursome with him, his friend and personal manager Randall Hampton, and Hampton's girlfriend. At one point in Rose's deposition, he not only admitted to hoping that foursome would occur, but said that if it did happen, "(it) would have been cool." Her lawyer then asked the New York Knicks star point guard about a text exchange where Jane Doe asked him, point-blank, "So you want me to fuck your friend?" to which D. Rose responded, "Man, he just like my brother. That won't affect our relationship." Rose didn't deny the interaction, simply saying, "Yeah."

Back in August 2013, the woman claims that Rose invited her to his Beverly Hills home only to slip something in her drink in an effort to rape her. After she left his residence with a friend, Rose and his two friends allegedly broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. The trial is set for October 4.
