With his NFL aspirations for this upcoming season on hold, Johnny Manziel will attend classes at Texas A&M University. The Dallas Morning News is reporting that Manziel has enrolled at College Station as a senior majoring in recreation, parks, and tourism sciences. As the screenshot below from Twitter user @jennagarrett10 suggests, the 23-year-old former Cleveland Browns quarterback has returned to "get back on track so I can graduate."

Manziel posted a video on Snapchat which indicated that he was in Aggieland while Johnny's name appears in the student directory on the school's website.

In late June, Manziel set a date of July 1 to get "completely sober" and focus on making his way back to the NFL. In addition to seeing his attempt at making a comeback fall short, his sobriety may have come to an end, as well. However, one silver lining to this potential new side of Manziel—aside from an incident at a friend's wedding—is that he has managed to stay out of trouble. If Johnny Football is truly determined to turn his life around, this latest move clearly falls in line.

There are plenty of legal issues—including the assault charge against his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley—that are still on the horizon for Manziel. But hey, it appears that he is, at least, trying to better himself.
