With the start of a new NFL season comes another edition of NFL stars reading superlatives about themselves for Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. This has now turned into an annual thing and features NFL players reading totally fake but totally believable things written for them by The Tonight Show staff. This year, Russell Wilson, J.J. Watt, Aaron Rodgers, DeMarcus Ware, Joe Flacco, Andy Dalton, and more all agreed to take part in the fun. The concept is pretty self-explanatory, but if you're not familiar with superlatives, the format looks a little something like this:

You can check it out in the clip above. And if you're in the mood for more than just two minutes worth of superlatives, you can also go back and check out last year's edition, which featured Peyton Manning, Rob Gronkowski, Ndamukong Suh, Andrew Luck, Calvin Johnson, and others here. Fallon also convinced the Seahawks and, more specifically, Marshawn Lynch to take part in another really funny superlatives video in the middle of the 2015-16 NFL season. You can watch that one here.

In addition to running the NFL superlatives segment on Thursday night, Fallon also gave NBA fans a treat by inviting Russell Westbrook to appear on the show. The Thunder superstar took a shot at Charles Barkley during his appearance (stop making fun of Westbrook's outfits, Chuck!) and also played a game of random object football toss that didn't go as planned. It was a good night all around for sports fans watching The Tonight Show.
