Jon Hamm is a St. Louis native and Cardinals fan who is not afraid to reveal it behind enemy lines.

The former Mad Men leading actor did his best to get Cubs fans mad at him when he attended Game 3 of the World Series at Wrigley Field in Chicago on Friday night rocking a vintage Cardinals hat. Hamm's hat is the version that the Cardinals won from 1900-1919, which timeframe includes the last time the Cubs won the World Series in 1908.

Even though the Cubs are playing the Indians in the World Series, and if you know about the longstanding Cardinals-Cubs rivalry, this was the perfect time to rub it in and be "that guy" in the stands among a sea of Cubs fans who witnessed the first World Series game at Wrigley in 71 years. We're sure Hamm got plenty of scowls from people and shit-talkers barking all around him. It's like a Yankees fan wearing their hat at Fenway Park, even if the Red Sox are not playing the Yankees in that particular game.

Hamm knew exactly what he was doing there. Just look at his sly, trollish grin.

The Cubs lost 1-0 in Game 3, and are now down 2-1 in the series. This probably made Hamm's day to see his team's bitter rival lose, and got his money's worth paying for those outrageously priced tickets to be there.
