The Cubs are World Series champions again after a 108-year drought. They beat the Indians 8-7 in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series on Wednesday, and they've been celebrating ever since. And while the players on this year's team are going to reap the benefits of their historic win for years to come now, the best celebration they'll ever take part in is going down in Chicago on Friday. The #cubsparade is officially here after many, many, many years of waiting.

The parade starts at 11 a.m. local time on Friday and will feature the team going through downtown Chicago and ultimately ending up in Grant Park for a ceremony around noon. It could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Cubs fans, and they've been lining the streets in Chicago for hours now to try and get a spot close enough to see the players go by. To give you an idea of just how big this is for Cubs fans, here's a peek at the masses being let out of a holding pen to line the parade route this morning:
