Former NBA player Derek Fisher has been arrested on suspicion of DUI charges, after flipping his car on a California freeway early Sunday morning.

According to the Los Angeles Daily News, Fisher crashed his 2015 Cadillac around 3 a.m., overturning his car on the 101 Freeway while approaching the 405 Freeway exchange. The vehicle went up onto the paved shoulder of the freeway, hitting the concrete curb and metal guardrail, and it overturned onto its roof before coming to a stop between lanes three and four on the road.

California Highway Patrol reportedly discovered Fisher had been drinking when they arrived at the scene, and he was arrested, "without incident."

Fisher was in the car with Basketball Wives star and girlfriend Gloria Govan, and both parties reportedly exited the vehicle with no injuries. Though the pair was together at the time of the crash, TMZ caught up with Fisher earlier in the evening, and they claim Govan was not with Fisher when they spoke with him outside Catch in West Hollywood earlier that evening.

There has been no word yet on what Fisher's B.A.C. was at the time of the crash.
