December 27, 2015: the last time Johnny Manziel appeared in an NFL game. Manziel, a first-round pick in the 2014 draft, played two distraction-riddled seasons for the Cleveland Browns, then was released after the 2015 season. We haven’t heard too much from Manziel since then, aside from the occasional party appearance and promises that he’s working on getting his life together and making a comeback.

Manziel appeared at a football convention in Dallas Saturday, and Dallas News reporter Jon Machota posted quotes from Manziel that indicate he believes he could return to the NFL. Manziel said he has had "a couple conversations with some teams."

Manziel did have some highlights during his brief time in the league, but for the most part he struggled. His stats were mediocre—in eight starts, he recorded seven touchdown passes and seven interceptions.

However, he is still only 24 years old, and he can really pull himself together, it would not be surprising for a team to give him one more chance.
