Migos’ “Bad and Boujee” has been an anthem for almost a year. That’s about the same length of time for which LaVar Ball has been a sports-industry phenomenon, drawing headlines and clicks for seemingly everything that comes out of his mouth. The man even earned an appearance on WWE Raw.

The man who made LaVar famous, his son Lonzo, posted a video on Instagram Saturday of LaVar absolutely crushing it to “Bad and Boujee.” He might not be able to hoop—at least not nearly as well as he says he can—but LaVar is a tremendous Dad Dancer.

Look at this man air sword-fighting and hitting the whip.

The caption refers to 15-year-old LaMelo, LaVar’s youngest of three boys, throwing down his first dunk in a game this week.

Lonzo, who is an active Instagrammer, is fresh off of tearing up the Summer League. Granted, you can never draw firm conclusions from Summer League—some of the games are just plain bad—but Ball got fans excited. He was the league’s MVP and put up 16.3 points, 9.3 assists, 7.7 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game.
