Guy Laramee's new sculptures take books and give them topographical features like mountains, caves, volcanoes, and water. These are part of a series titled Guan Yin, where Laramee explores “the mysterious forces thanks to which we can traverse ordeals.” They are available to see in-person at Expression Gallery in Saint-Hyacinthe through August 12, 2012.
