Jessie Bowie creates anthropomorphic paintings, pairing celebrities with animals. In reference to her work, the artists says “I like to imagine where my paintings end up and it's exciting to think that someone was confused at a dinner party because of me.” Bowie mainly paints with watercolors, and her most common subjects are musicians, although there are a few actors and comedies featured as well.
