Last month, Ai Weiwei parodied Psy's viral hit song "Gangnam Style," giving it a fun, political bent. After Ai told the world that the video had been removed from the Internet in China, Turner prize-winning sculptor Anish Kapoor gathered designers, dancers, and actors to create another version in his south London studio.

Kapoor says, "It had to be done. Yes, it is desperately silly, but what is the paradigm of the artist? The artist does stupid things with serious intent." He also said that "Gangnam Style" lends itself "so well to political comment. This is about dissidents, all those people in the world who are imprisoned unfairly."
