Naomi Campbell appears in this month's Elle Magazine, discussing her new reality television channel on the Oxygen Network. The supermodel, along with Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha, will pick a lucky lady to win a cosmetics contract in a show similar to America's Next Top Model.
At first she was reluctant to take the position, saying “I’ve always been very shy of doing television," but was finally sold by the opportunity to help a fresh-faced phenom in the fashion world. She said of the contestants, “I care for my girls. Every single one of them. I’m not here to put anyone down.”
Her photo shoot was done by Thomas Whiteside and styled by Christopher Niquet. Although the set up was simple, the resulting photography shows a softer, more gentle side of Campbell. Maybe she has come a long way from throwing cellphones.
