Artist Ron Miller has created a series of images depicting planets from our solar system lighting the night sky, in place of the moon. Taking a regular landscape photograph, Miller designed illustrations of each planet and the moon to place in the sky. Images have been created according to planetary size, Mars being twice as big as the moon, Venus 3.5 times, and the largest Jupiter 40 times larger. The imagined skies present an alternate configuration of our planetary alignment, although other non-graphic implications such as effects on the atmosphere and gravitational field were not included.
