This morning, V magazine teased their new cover for issue #83 featuring the ever unpredictable Miley Cyrus via Entertainment Tonight and Instagram. The three covers highlight her new rocker look and attitude, which everyone started to notice when she cut her hair short. She's also been hanging out with a ton of rappers and supposedly recording music with Mike WiLL Made It, Wiz Khalifa, and Juicy J, which she opens up about in the cover story's conversation with Pharrell Williams.
