To the person who invented the drive through, thank you. Without this service, we would actually have to leave our cars to order food and coffee. And without it, we would never be able to shop from the comfort of our vehicles.
Seriously, we're not kidding about the latter. Selfridges is set to introduce the world's first ever department store drive through at its Oxford Street location in London. For now, the service will allow customers to pick up items they've ordered online. But, we wouldn't rule out the possibility of purchasing clothes and shoes through a window. After all, drive throughs have been known to increase sales, according to USA Today. Because you know, people love easy and convenient.
Selfridges' drive through is said to be available starting January 14, 2014.
