Acapulco Gold certainly took time to release its spring 2013 collection and from the looks of it, the wait was worth it. One of the most anticipated pieces, the Lightning Bolt baseball jacket, is now revealed in all its glory. The brand takes the light spring jacket staple and adds in a custom knitted lightning bolt cuff and hem details. Lightning bolts on anything—except maybe as a hairstyle—is pretty much awesome. Good thing AG kept it subtle.
The collection offers military style button-downs and selvedge denim choices. If you’re worried about fits being sloppy, don’t stress—AG fits almost like it was tailored for you. The hat collection always sources some hard to find fabrics, which may even be the reason why this collection was held longer than usual. The range from snapbacks to its exclusive 7-panel hat makes choosing a favorite very hard. Rounding everything out is its T-shirt collection, which includes photo prints and illustrated graphics.
