Advertisements run rampant in our daily lives. The average American is exposed to over 3,000 advertising messages every day. However, these ads never physically do anything for us other than bombard us with images. That is until ad agency Ogilvy France came along.

The company created a line of outdoor ads that also provide shelter, a seat, and a ramp as part of its "People for Smarter Cities IBM" campaign. As displayed in the short film below, with the addition of a basic curve to billboards the advertisement becomes something incredibly useful for many.

They are also very able to be spread through social media online. The series advances the conversation about advertisement in the future, taking full advantage of the mainstreaming of technologies connecting people to media. Why confine your company's message to the streets when your brand can have a second life online?
