A very desirable space atop the Plaza Hotel.

After nearly 20 million dollars in renovations since 2008, Tommy Hilfiger has relisted his 6,000-square-foot duplex penthouse for $80 million, up from $50 million five years ago. With four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, terraces that overlook Central Park and Fifth Avenue, and various other features that one would expect from a millionaire living at the top of the Plaza Hotel. The space is filled with an impressive collection of art from Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, an Eloise mural by illustrator Hilary Knight, and various others but according to CNBC, HIlfiger plans to take the art with him (defintely the Warhols, we're not sure about the mural).

For $80 million, we think that he should throw in at least one piece from his collection. Then again, we aren't potential buyers so either way we lose.
