Even as groups affiliated with the #Occupy movement have called for the dissolution of the Whitney Biennial by 2014, that won't stop the storied exhibition from plowing forward with plans for next year’s event.

The artist lineup for the 2014 Whitney Biennial was revealed Thursday, as selected by three outside curators, pictured above: Anthony Elms, associate curator at the Institute of Contemporary Art Philadelphia; Stuart Comer, film curator of the Tate Modern; and Michelle Grabner, chairwoman of the painting and drawing department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago

This will be the last Biennial to be featured in the original Whitney building, before the institution takes up residence in its currently-under-construction space in Chelsea. The event runs from March 7 to May 25 2014. The full list of participating artists, authors, colllectives, and record stores is below.
