There aren't a ton of Keith Haring murals in the world, and there are even fewer inside on the walls of private homes. This 8,200-square-foot maisonette used to be a part of the School of Visual Arts. As a student, the artist completed this mural near the front door. It was discovered during renovations and architect Todd Ernst told NY Mag that it was like "discovering an Egyptian tomb." The space is for sale for $10 million, which we think is a fair price for a residence and an original Haring mural. We're not sure if there is some rule that says that the mural has to stay there, but we're sure someone will find a way to sell it eventually.
