Twitter's global headquarters in San Francisco are an office dream come true with a yoga studio, game rooms, a giant cafeteria and a half-acre rooftop garden. Occupying two stories of the former San Francisco Wholesale Furniture Mart, Twitter's space sits in a converted 1937 art deco building,

The headquarters were conceived specifically for Twitter by global firm IA Interior Architectsand the local Lundberg Design. The office decor plays off of the brand's signature blue along with natural themes of wood and twigs, and the space is filled with work by local artists.

It's hard to imagine just how much work goes on with break rooms, snack rooms, and a generally open layout, but the superior design seems to facilitate Twitter's productivity.

When Twitter opened their San Francisco headquarters in November, they were greeted by demonstrators protesting the lack of affordable housing with the movement of tech companies into the area.
