After many agonizing months of waiting, BBC's Sherlock is back and our eyes are glued to the television. While we will be watching closely to try and solve the cases before the great Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) does, someone will be watching even closer to see what Sherlock, Watson, and the rest of the characters are wearing and touching. Wear Sherlock uses screengrabs, fan submissions, and various other resources to match clothing and products to specific scenes in the show, just as an appraiser or collector would for any kind of pop culture artifact.
Matching fashion to photographs is not an exact science, but this blog does a great job of reverse-shopping. Do you think you could find a specific sweater online with only only a still to go off of? Probably not.
